The IT analyst contributes to the optimization of our IT operations and provides support and maintenance for the organization's internal and cloud-based systems. The IT analyst will be an analytical problem solver with a passion for improving applications use, workflows, and offers end user education and support when needed. The person will collaborate with other IT members and external vendors to ensure the IT infrastructure and services are dependable and secure.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Skills

Assist in the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of network devices and systems, such as routers, switches, firewalls, servers, access points and storage. Monitor and analyze systems performance and security and troubleshoot any issues or incidents. Assist in the administration and support of IT services and applications, such as Microsoft 365, Intune, Citrix, VMware, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SSO, 2FA. Good understanding of security principles, procedures, and best practices. Exposure to data analytics tools like Power BI. Familiarity with REST APIs and basic scripting or automation concepts. Document technical procedures, workflows, and user guides. Research and assist in evaluating new technologies and solutions and provide recommendations for improvement.

Account Management Skills

Develop and maintain knowledge bases and FAQs for technical-related issues and solutions. Assist with the development and implementation of network standards and best practices. Provide technical support and guidance to end users and escalate issues as needed. Assist Senior IT Manager and collaborate with the internal IT team, vendors and service providers for technology-related projects. Participate in systems audits and assessments and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

Business Acumen

Provide training and support for end users on the use of technology and applications and promote user adoption and satisfaction. Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of users and devices and ensure proper access and security controls. Understand and assist in aligning technology solutions with the business goals and needs of the organization. Communicate effectively with IT management and operations on IT-related issues, projects, and initiatives, including system upgrades, audits, and process improvements. * Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all technology-related activities.
