Job Description

Candidate profile details:

  • Degree/Certifications Required: No
  • Years of Overall Experience: 3yrs +
  • Preferred Candidate Background: Tech background
  • How will performance be measured: SLA based
  • Selling Points of Position (CVP): Working within a leading FI organization
  • Candidate will be responsible for application support and access provisioning
At a high level, tasks include the following:
  • Incident management and troubleshooting system issues
  • Report generation using SQL and other querying tools
  • Access provisioning via Service Now and other applications, some with AD groups
  • Candidate will need to work in a fast-paced environment with SLAs
  • Team is technical in nature, technical skills such as outlook, MS Excel is a must. Other tech skills like SQL, Powershell, Python would be an asset.
  • Good oral and written communication skills is essential
Must have:
  • Application support experience
  • Access provisioning experience
  • Report running
  • Excel experience
  • Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal)
Nice To Have:
  • SQL experience
  • AML experience
  • Banking experience
  • Python (running the script)
