Candidate profile details:

• Degree/Certifications Required: technical background, understanding basics (servers, desktops, routers)
• Years of Overall Experience: 2 to 4 years relevant exp
• Preferred Candidate Background: worked with users in the past- 1 on 1.
• Strong communication skills
• Basic technical understanding(servers, desktops, routers)
• Networking knowledge would be nice
• Understanding multi-factor authentication
• Communicate issues to non-technical users
• How will performance be measured: overall performance
• Selling Points of Position (CVP): Remote role, great team based environment, long term contract

Summary of day-to-day responsibilities:

• Will be supporting users- generally on a conference bridge.
• Technical work on a server
• Remote into desktops
• Provide leadership for the provision of technical expertise in development and support of activities, processes, procedures and tools for protecting information security with a focus on application security
• Plan, coordinate and supervise complex informatics assignments; design and apply new methods and procedures. Solve business problems by providing detailed technical advice.
• Coordinate, lead and monitor technical systems inquiries. Liaise with vendors and service suppliers.
• Support and lead solutions with service providers.
• Certify satisfactory contract performance for systems development

Skills:

• IT expertise in systems programming or network management.
• Team leadership experience

Must-Have Hard Skills:

• Technical knowledge and background
• Tech support experience- working 1 on 1 with users

Soft skills:

• Strong communication skills- verbal and written communication skills

Nice-To-Have:

• Networking
• Multi-factor authentication
