The role
We are looking for an IT Analyst - Email Administrator to support our Chief Information Office Branch (CIOB). The IT Analyst - Email Administrator would be someone who shares our core values of Integrity, Excellence, Respect and Creativity.
The incumbent will work as a member of the Standards and Desktop Infrastructure team within the Chief Information Office Branch (CIOB), providing clients with IT support services for distributed computers and networks within the various Research Centres/Branches/IRAP of NRC.
They will assist in managing and maintaining the Windows computers in the production environment using centrally managed tools like GPO, Altiris, WinPE, Ghost on Windows and Exchange Admin Center. Assisting with writing documentation and creating/reviewing processes.
They will be participating in the M365 project to prepare NRC to migrate from on prem Exchange to Exchange Online.
