We are looking for a skilled IT Administrator to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario. In this role, you will oversee the smooth operation of our systems, ensuring efficient management, troubleshooting, and maintenance across key IT infrastructures. This position requires a proactive individual with expertise in networking, server management, and security protocols.
Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 Suite, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routing and switching systems, including advanced network protocols.
• Monitor hardware, software, and environmental alerts to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Administer Active Directory and VPN technologies to support secure and seamless access.
• Implement and oversee firewall configurations, with Checkpoint firewall experience being an asset.
• Provide backend support for Windows and Linux servers, including command-line operations.
• Utilize mobile device management tools, such as Microsoft In Tune, to manage devices effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to address IT concerns and improve system efficiency.
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting for network and system-related problems.
• Ensure reliable data backups and recovery processes are in place.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in backend IT support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite and Active Directory.
• Solid knowledge of Cisco routing, switching, and networking protocols.
• Strong expertise in TCP/IP and firewall technologies.
• Experience with Windows and Linux server operations.
• Familiarity with mobile device management tools, such as Microsoft In Tune.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues efficiently.
