IT Account Executive - Managed IT & Apple Solutions

About the Role
As an IT Account Executive, you will help businesses modernize their technology by selling managed IT services and Apple enterprise solutions. You will build long-term client relationships, identify needs, and provide solutions that improve productivity, security, and user experience.
You'll work closely with our technical and Apple-certified teams to scope, price, and deliver IT projects that fit each client's goals. This role is ideal for someone who understands both MSP and cloud environments and Apple's enterprise ecosystem and can bridge technical and business conversations with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Prospect and qualify new leads through email, calls, LinkedIn, and local business outreach
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client goals, challenges, and budgets
Develop proposals for Managed IT, Apple Enterprise, VoIP, and cloud solutions
Present options that integrate Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, wireless, and security technologies
Collaborate with technical engineers to scope and price solutions that meet client requirements
Manage a healthy sales pipeline and deliver accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers and vendors
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Technical Business Reviews (TBRs), structured client meetings every three months to review service performance, technology roadmaps, and future improvements
Maintain complete and accurate CRM records (HubSpot, ConnectWise, or Keap)
Stay current with Apple, Microsoft, and cybersecurity trends and partner programs
Qualifications
2-5 years of B2B sales experience in IT services, MSP, or technology reseller environments
Ability to use a solution-selling approach to recognize opportunities, gather requirements, and recommend appropriate products and services
Cybersecurity knowledge and direct experience with VoIP systems, Office 365, Azure, and wireless technologies
Familiarity with The Keap platform and CRM systems such as HubSpot or ConnectWise
Strong understanding of Apple Enterprise environments, including Apple Business Manager, MDM (JAMF, Intune), and device lifecycle management
Background in IT Managed Services and Professional Services Infrastructure integration
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Highly organized, goal-driven, and able to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
Equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
Apple experience will be given priority
Preferred Skills
Experience with Apple Authorized Reseller programs or Apple for Business solutions
Familiarity with AppleCare for Enterprise, DEP
MSP sales experience, including recurring service agreements and project-based engagements
Knowledge of ConnectWise, Datto, or Kaseya platforms
Strong understanding of recurring revenue models and pipeline forecasting
