Responsibilities:

• Develop Irrigation and Drainage projects from initial scope to final commissioning
• Prepare technical designs, specifications, and construction cost estimates
• Support the bid and proposal process
• Project coordination, ensuring all progress and schedule targets are met
• Ensure appropriate documentation is in place concerning permitting, regulatory compliance, report preparation, and environmental impact studies
• Liaise with internal and external partners, including engineers, environmental consultants, developers, builders, public agencies, and contractors

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Civil, Water Resources, or Environmental Engineering Technology
• Experience in a technical, customer support role, preferably in water resources, geotechnical, agriculture, or similar field of study
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Ability to perform field activities
• Solid understanding of agriculture technology
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, ArcGIS
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills to clearly communicate technical information to colleagues, clients, and regulators
• Ability to work both independently with a good degree of autonomy as well as in a team-centric environment
• Self-starter, energetic, optimistic, and self-driven
• Desire and ability to act as a technical consultant to the client base
• Ability to establish strong technical and market credibility
