Role Summary
Primary responsibilities will be to provide implementation, maintenance and support to an IPTV service delivered to residential and commercial customers.
This position requires the following diversity of functions to be performed as needed: monitoring, supporting, designing, staging, installation, troubleshooting and resolving. Support will entail Level 2 escalation during and outside of normal business hours.
The position will require travel to customer locations and datacenter facilities.
