IOC Production Engineer

About the role
The Production Engineer provides technical support primarily to operations and responsible for data governance and integrity. Serves as an active contributor to Mosaic cross-site and/or cross-functional assignments and initiatives. Frequently assigned to high-profile projects, support assignments, and initiatives.
What will you do?Provide engineering support to operations group including plant optimization, troubleshooting, efficiency improvement, problem solving, and problem prevention. Responsible for leveraging ideas and assistance including resources across plant sites. Provide site data integrity and data governance support. Utilize data to complete analytics to monitor performance and drive improvement. Support current business initiatives. Typical initiatives include specific problem-solving projects or improvement activities involving multiple sites. Ensure site safety and environmental standards are being followed through safety audits, risk assessments, and housekeeping tours. Report any issues that can impact the environment or the safety of the employees.

What you'll need:Bachelor's degree required, major in Engineering Professional Engineer certification preferred 4-8 years' experience Excellent written and communication skills and ability to interface with all levels of management. Must demonstrate ability to influence others; requires strong leadership qualities, and team building. Project Management. Proficiency in MS Office products, PI/OSI Soft products or similar data historian, added benefit if the experience is with PowerBI Competent in understanding and translating data analytics SAP application experience preferred
