MCRAE'S ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES LTD is a hydrovac company in BC and Alberta with branches in Richmond, Victoria, and Edmonton. Hydro excavation is our primary business however we also do sewer line flushing, CCTV pipe inspection and more. At McRae's, our customers are the priority. We are looking for a temporary invoicing clerk for maternity relief in our Richmond head office location Monday to Friday 8 hours per day during business hours.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Use software to invoice customers.
- Analyze documents for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with customers via email or on the phone about invoicing details.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Coding accounts payable invoices related to customer charges for disposal or sub-contracted work.
- Organize and file documents in accordance with established procedures
- Retrieve files as needed and ensure they are returned to the correct location
- Other related duties as needed.
Experience:
- Proficiency in English, oral and written
- Previous experience in an invoicing clerk or administrative role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Math skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
