Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized invoicing Clerk to join their accounts receivable team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing all invoicing tasks that support the smooth operation of our accounts receivable team . This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Invoicing in an accounts receivable department
Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic
Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages
Assist with data entry and ensure information is up-to-date in databases
Support team members with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
Prepare reports and documents as needed for management review
Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
Previous experience in invoicing in an accounts receivables department
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
