Job Description

Headquartered in Saint John, New Brunswick, NBM Railways is comprised of three short line railroads: NB Southern Railway, Eastern Maine Railway, and Maine Northern Railway. Together, they provide the most direct rail connections between Atlantic Canada and the northeastern United States. Through partnerships with other major railways, NBM Railways cargo is delivered to destinations across North America.

NBM Railways is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Invoicing Administrator at their Saint John, NB location. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to process improvement initiatives and an integral part of our business. If you are interested in a career in the Transportation industry, we are looking for your ambition and people first attitude!

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Invoicing
• Correct invoicing discrepancies
• Manage customer billing requirements and customer/rate set up in system
• Accrual reporting \xe2\x80\x93 preparation and reconciliation
• Coverage of other invoicing duties
• Achieve business targets

Qualifications

• Post secondary education with at least 2 years work experience, or the equivalent in training and experience
• Demonstrated high attention to detail
• Can manage changing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Experience in the transportation industry would be considered an asset
• Experience with E1 would be considered an asset
