Duties



Generate and process invoices using dedicated financial software, ensuring accuracy and completeness in line with contractual agreements and company policies Review purchase orders, delivery notes, and other supporting documents to verify billing details before invoice creation Collaborate with sales, logistics, and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies or billing issues promptly Maintain organized records of all invoicing transactions, including copies of invoices sent and received Follow up on overdue payments by sending reminders and coordinating with the collections team as needed Assist in reconciling accounts receivable statements to ensure consistency across financial records Support month-end closing activities by preparing reports on invoicing status and outstanding balances Continuously seek opportunities to improve invoicing processes for efficiency and accuracy

Experience



Proven experience in an invoicing or accounts receivable role within a fast-paced environment Proficiency with financial software applications (such as SAP, QuickBooks, or similar platforms) is essential Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams Clear communication skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders Basic understanding of accounting principles related to invoicing and receivables Transportation environment, Experience with Fleet Manager and Sage will be considered an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$35.00 per hour
