Invoice Clerk (contract)

Objective:




Operating out of our

Scarborough, ON

location and reporting to the Product & Process Supervisor the primary responsibility of this position is to assist with all aspects of scanning and indexing of invoices and delivery documents for shipping; and all other related administrative tasks.



Hours:

40 hours/week. Shifts go from 10:00AM-8:30PM Monday-Thursday.


Roles and Responsibilities:




Sort and check invoices Scan, email and package delivery documents for shipment Perform data entry into spreadsheets in various operating systems Report any discrepancies in documents to Supervisor Typing, filing, scanning and photocopying documents Other duties as required

Safety Requirements:




Safety boots required without exception Lifting requirements: 30+ lbs consistently Use materials handling equipment (carts, pushers)

Skill / Knowledge Requirements:




High school graduate Computer literate, experience working in Google drive and Excel Fast and accurate typing capabilities Experience in an administrative role an asset Strong attention to detail Positive attitude with a "can do" approach to problem solving * Ability to work independently, while still demonstrating team spirit and willingness to assist other team members
