Job Description

Customer Billing Coordinator's role is in a manufacturing industry, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team to cross train the A/P department, ensuring smooth administrative functions that align with our company's mission and values.

Responsibilities



Maintain accurate invoicing records using accounting software such as Microsoft Business Central. Generate 60-80 invoices per day Handle accounts receivable and payable processes. Support payroll processing and employee data management. Assist with data entry and account reconciliation tasks. Prepare reports and analyze data to improve administrative efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
