The Investment & Insurance Client Service Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support. This position is responsible for overseeing client interactions, managing client accounts, and working collaboratively with a team dedicated to enhancing client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to foster long-term relationships with clients.
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 PLUS bonus opportunities

Duties
For investments: processing new accounts and trades; maintaining proper paperwork on each transaction (mutual funds and segregated funds)
For insurance: following all new and in-force business
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of services.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and effective resolutions.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to address client issues and implement solutions that enhance service delivery.
Skills
Hold a current Life, Accident & Sickness license
OR willingness to obtain license
Mutual fund licensed, experience as mutual fund assistant
OR willingness to obtain license

Aptitude for finance/numbers
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for improving client services.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically under pressure.
