Inventory & Procurement Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a

highly organized and detail-oriented individual

to join our team and work closely with our Procurement team. This role is essential for keeping our production line running smoothly by managing inventory and supporting procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:



Receive inventory parts for the production line and place them in designated spots on shelves. Update inventory records in inventory management software. Monitor stock levels, identify low inventory, and prepare lists for reordering. Organize shelves and maintain a clean, orderly inventory area. Occasionally drive to vendors for pickup or delivery parts. Manage and organize dead inventory items.

Requirements:



Good English communication skills. Ability to drive a car and operate a forklift . Capable of lifting 40Lbs. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Reliable record-keeping and ability to follow processes.

Preferred Qualities:



Experience with inventory management software (Sortly or similar). Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
