Role Overview



We are seeking a hands-on, strategic

Inventory Manager

to ensure that all inventory, raw materials, packaging, finished goods is accurately tracked, efficiently managed, and aligned with our high standards for quality, safety, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities



Process Receipts in ERP & compare against POs Receiving Oversight - manage inbound/outbound accuracy, documentation, and resolve supplier discrepancies. Traceability & Compliance - maintain lot/batch traceability to support audits, recalls, and regulatory requirements. Continuous Improvement - drive enhancements in cycle count accuracy, ERP/WMS processes, and warehouse layout. Cross-Functional Alignment - act as the bridge between Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Planning to ensure visibility and prevent issues. Planning Integration - provide accurate, real-time inventory data to support MRP, production scheduling, and demand forecasts; proactively escalate risks of shortages or excess. Oversee inventory control: set up, maintain, and enforce systems for tracking raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. Manage periodic counts (daily, weekly, monthly), identify variances, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions. Forecast inventory needs in collaboration with Production, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams; ensure materials are ordered and available to support production schedules. Optimize inventory levels to balance between meeting demand and minimizing waste, spoilage, or excess/expired stock. Supervise handling, storage, rotation, and movement of inventory (FIFO/FEFO or other appropriate methods). Maintain and update inventory, ERP/WMS, and reporting tools. Generate accurate and timely reports and KPIs (inventory turns, shrinkage, stock accuracy, lead times, etc.). Lead and mentor warehouse/inventory staff; train them on best practices, safety, cleanliness, and quality standards. Ensure compliance with all safety, food/brewery regulatory, and quality assurance protocols. Partner with Finance on reconciliation and audits, especially during month-end/year-end close. Propose process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications



Minimum 5 years of experience managing inventory in a

manufacturing, food & beverage, or brewery environment.

Strong familiarity with inventory management systems / ERP / WMS. Experience implementing or optimizing these preferred. Demonstrated analytical skills: ability to interpret data, identify trends, make forecasts, solve inventory-related issues. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment. Leadership experience: ability to lead a team, coordinate cross-functional communication, drive standard work. Knowledge of safety, quality, food/brewery regulatory standards. Beverage industry or brewery experience is a strong plus. Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
