GardaWorld is looking for a Uniform Coordinator for it\'s Toronto Branch. You would be working alongside Talent Acquisition Advisors and Security Professionals to ensure all team members have the right tools to look and feel their best at work.

What does a Uniform Coordinator at GardaWorld do?

• Monitor inventory stock levels through daily and weekly auditing and inventory replenishment
• Create inventory orders based on stock levels in appropriate software system and communicate to management for approval
• Maintain records of all team members and their uniform allotment per the Collective Bargaining Agreement
• Coordinate and manage dry cleaning orders as needed
• Identify and package inventory to be disposed based on uniform requirement
• Maintain the uniform storage room and inventory located therein, ensuring stations are clean and tidy, and free of any potential physical hazard
• Meet and greet guards in a friendly and professional manner, based on scheduled appointments and walk-in visitors
• Manage email communications to schedule uniform appointments and respond to questions

What are the Qualifications to become a Uniform Coordinator in Toronto?

• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in a high-volume retail or hospitality environment
• Minimum of 1 year experience with inventory control, including point of sale (POS) software
• Experience with LightSpeed software is an asset
• Experience in tailoring, sewing, hemming, or traditional sewing techniques is an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft software, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
