About the Role
We're looking for a driven, phone-confident individual to join our team as an Inventory Liaison. Your mission is simple -- source high-quality used vehicles for our dealership by reaching out directly to private sellers and other sources. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves the hunt, and isn't afraid of a little rejection.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively search for vehicles on platforms like Used Victoria, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and other sources
Make outbound calls to private sellers to inquire about purchasing their vehicle
Prepare detailed appraisals for the Sales Management team
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and spreadsheets Work closely with Sales Management to meet monthly acquisition targetsWhat We're Looking For
Strong and confident phone skills -- comfortable calling strangers daily
Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent
Solid computer skills (Excel, CRM systems, Word)Organized and able to work at a fast pace
Self-starter with a competitive edge Previous automotive or sales experience an asset, but not requiredCompensation
Performance-based pay structure -- the better you perform, the more you earn
