Position: Inventory Coordinator
Location: Pointe-Saint-Charles
Job Type: 12-month contract

We are looking for an Inventory Coordinator for one of Canada\'s largest multinationals. In this 12-month contract, you will enjoy a salary of $63,000 and on-site parking for your Wednesday at the office, and a friendly and collaborative work team.

It is a 12-month contract with a strong possibility of permanent employment.
The role is quite hands-on and involves physically handling and moving pieces. It also includes a coordination aspect with multiple departments to ensure that all the necessary equipment for projects is available.
Reporting to a very friendly, transparent, and approachable manager, you will also collaborate with two other logistics coordinators.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinate the organization and appropriate transportation of reused material
- Optimize the use of material and verify the content and arrangement of kits
- Oversee the efficient movement and distribution of material on the production line
- Ensure timely availability and delivery of material to support efficient production operations
- Actively participate in continuous improvement activities related to materials and the warehouse
- Support and promote the application of 5S principles in the designated area of activity
- Check and control the content and arrangement of kits on the production line
- Be responsible for the proper storage of materials in the yard
What you need:
- Bilingual to communicate with clients and colleagues in other Canadian provinces
- Experience in inventory management, database management or procurement
- Be very comfortable with technology (Oracle or other ERP)
- Advanced intermediate level in Excel
