We are currently looking for an Inventory Coordinator for our headquarter office located in Langley, BC. Reporting to the Inventory Manager, the Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for the daily effective administration of JD Sweid Inventory Management Processes. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Process and input all production paperwork into ERP. \xc2\xb7 Verify Raw Material inventory daily and reconcile against ERP. \xc2\xb7 Manage cycle count program. \xc2\xb7 Manage all products on Micro hold and quarantine / lot control. \xc2\xb7 Run discrepancy reports, investigate root cause and correct the inventory. \xc2\xb7 Manage daily micro/held releases as instructed by QA. \xc2\xb7 Conduct weekly reconciliation of outside storages. \xc2\xb7 Conduct monthly meetings with outside storages to discuss KPIs / issues and ways to improve inventory accuracy, safety, picking and receiving. \xc2\xb7 Provide monthly inbound and outbound forecast for the assigned warehouses. \xc2\xb7 Product Recall and Mock recall. \xc2\xb7 Participate and/or chair monthly Cost Reduction meetings. \xc2\xb7 Complete all returns and transfers between warehouses and plants. \xc2\xb7 Prepare custom reports as required. \xc2\xb7 Prepare Export documents. Keep up to date on any CFIA and USDA/FDA regulations. \xc2\xb7 All other reasonable duties as assigned. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Minimum 3 years experience in Logistics and Operations. \xc2\xb7 Food Industry experience preferred. \xc2\xb7 Diploma, APICS certification or equivalent in the supply chain or operations management. \xc2\xb7 Excellent oral and written communication. \xc2\xb7 Experience with ERP, and data entry systems. \xc2\xb7 Strong organizational skills and solid problem solving and/or crisis management skills. • AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
