Inventory Coordinator
Job Description
Located in Anjou, Montreal - one of our clients in the large equipment manufacturing industry is looking for an Inventory Coordinator.
Reporting to the Controller, here are the responsibilities of the mandate:
- Record daily production
- Issue the planning report for the production department
- Support the production & packaging department (production orders and inventory validation ex. min-max, critical inventory, ...)
- Perform inventory movement analyzes for cyclical counts and availability of inventories
- Record inventory adjustments and warehouse transfers
- Coordinate the physical count of the annual inventory
- Assist the financial analyst in various ad hoc tasks (eg obsolescence)
- In general, ensure the integrity of data for production modules and inventories.
- Must be able to detect problems related to inventory management at all levels and be able to create and execute permanent corrective action plans.
The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (35 hours/week)
