To support our growing production demands, we're
hiring an Inventory Control Specialist
to take charge of inventory accuracy and operational flow. In this key role, you'll oversee the tracking and management of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods to ensure seamless coordination between our warehouse, production, and supply chain operations. You'll work closely with internal teams to maintain real-time inventory visibility, identify discrepancies, and implement process improvements that keep our fast-paced environment running smoothly.
What You'll Do
As our Inventory Control Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our inventory accurate, organized, and flowing efficiently -- from raw ingredients to finished snacks on pallets. This is a hands-on, full-time role based at our production facility.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels across raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. Use
ERP
to track inventory movements, production inputs, and warehouse locations
Conduct cycle counts and full inventory audits; investigate and resolve discrepancies
Collaborate closely with the production, warehouse, and purchasing teams to ensure smooth workflows
Generate inventory reports and insights using
Microsoft Office
, especially Excel
Support supply chain operations by identifying bottlenecks, optimizing stock usage, and minimizing waste
Maintain documentation and assist in inventory-related compliance and traceability requirements
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who's highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
3+ years experience
in inventory control, supply chain, or logistics role
Experience using an inventory management platform
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
, especially Excel for tracking and reporting
Strong understanding of supply chain fundamentals
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools or systems
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Experience with
pallet jacks
and
forklifts
is a plus
Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is an advantage
