Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-focused

Inventory Control Clerk

to join our Procurement team in a full-time, on-site role at our Port Coquitlam facility. This role will primarily involve:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receiving Items

Inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy, completeness and any damages Counting and comparing items received to PO issued, noting any discrepancies

Inventory Room Management

Transfer received and QC-completed items to respective locations in the inventory room Keeping shelves organized and clean Performing spot checks and physical counts and resolving any discrepancies in inventory numbers

Kitting for Work Orders/Sales Orders

Picking and issuing components for production WO's Kitting and fulfilling items for Sales Orders

Shipping Systems

Cleaning units for Shipping Packaging units and accessories for shipping

Requirements and skills:

Required: Valid Canadian work permit or resident / citizen status Basic computer knowledge (Internet browser, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail Experience with shipping-receiving or inventory management would be an asset Productive self-starter with demonstrated initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision to meet demanding deliverables An ability to work under pressure and juggle changing priorities Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement Good oral and written English communication skills

SALARY RANGE:

$45,000 to $55,000
