Overview

Provide accuracy between listed products and physical quantities in the Retail Support Centre (RSC). Investigate and report all irregularities and make the correct adjustments as required. Actively contribute to a positive and productive working environment.

• Cycle count product to ensure accuracy between EXE and the physical quantities in the RSC
• Investigate adjustments and missed letdowns
• Process store claims, returns and credits
• Recalls completed within process time frame
• Adhere to and implement all applicable company safety standards
• Maintain all company safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Other duties as requested by the Inventory Control Manager

Job Requirements

• Minimum of six (6) months experience in RSC
• Previous inventory control experience in a similar role
• Certificate/Diploma in Inventory control, however education and experience will be considered
• Communicate with stores and provide exemplary customer service
• Occasionally lift up to 88 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Various shifts including nights and weekends
