DescriptionInventory Clerk/Analyst - $22 per hour
North York
Hybrid - 4 days a week on-siteSummaryInventory Clerk's support the inventory analyst in supply chain by generating reports, compiling information and creating various lists to be reviewed and used by inventory analyst.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepare reports:
o Service level, inventory reports, and various supply chain reports
o Export vendor reports and email to collaborative vendors
o Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required:
o For summary review by managers such as promotional updates, event issues, RAs and plan-o-grams (compiling results provided by the analyst)
o Data mine information for purchase orders and events (format and save)
o Open purchase orders report
o Various product status reports
o Printing of documents to be used for purchasing and expediting by the analyst and ad hoc as requiredProcess:
o Re-submitting shorted store orders (recycling)
o Reserving stock for promotions
o Return forms for return of inventory to vendor
o Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
o Verify data and correct data where necessary
o Obtain further information for incomplete documents
o Respond to requests for information and access relevant files
o Save completed documents in designated locationMinimum Job Requirements
o Excel (spreadsheet programs, v-look-ups and pivot tables)
o Word
o Database programs
o Retail (basic knowledge of industry)Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
o Attention to Details, Accuracy
o Strong clerical skills (organization and prioritization)
o Good Communication skills
