Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize inventory levels within our organization. We need someone to join our team with a passion for e bikes and new electric technology. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement inventory control procedures to maximize efficiency and minimize carrying costs
- Monitor inventory levels and product demand to ensure adequate stock levels
- Utilize data analysis tools, such as SQL, for inventory forecasting and trend analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sourcing processes
- Conduct data mining to identify opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements
- Analyze sales trends and adjust inventory strategies accordingly
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing
- Oversee inventory systems and recommend upgrades or changes as needed
- Manage retail inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products Requirements:
- Proven experience in inventory management within a retail environment
- Proficiency in SQL or similar data analysis tools
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external suppliers
- Ability to sell ideas and influence stakeholders towards effective inventory strategies
