Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Associate to support our inventory, shipping, and quality control operations. This role is responsible for accurately weighing, measuring, and documenting materials and products to ensure compliance with internal standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate scales, measuring tools, and data entry systems to record weights and dimensions of incoming and outgoing goods. Verify product specifications against packing lists, purchase orders, and shipping documents. Maintain calibration and cleanliness of weighing and measuring equipment. Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts by providing accurate measurements. Collaborate with shipping, receiving, and quality teams to resolve discrepancies. Follow safety protocols and ensure proper handling of materials

Qualifications

High School diploma 1+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments Familiarity with digital scales, tape measures, and other measurement tools Strong computer skills for data entry and inventory systems
