We have been manufacturing high-end kitchen cabinets for over 50 years and our innovative, superbly designed products have placed us at the forefront of the North American cabinetry industry. Our primary focus is customer and employee satisfaction.

We are currently looking for an Inventory Associate to join our team at our head office located in Richmond Hill.

Position Summary



This position will be responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting and recording incoming shipments, as well as maintaining organized and accurate inventory levels. This role ensures products are stored correctly, inventory counts are precise, and materials are readily available for production, service and shipping needs.

Responsibilities



Verify accuracy of incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips. Inspect goods for damage, defects, or discrepancies, and report issues to the supervisor or purchasing department. Record receiving data into the inventory management system accurately making sure all transactions are completed by end of the day. Properly label and store received goods in designated warehouse areas. Perform order picking, packing, and shipping as per the schedule. Liaise with cross functional teams such as production supervisors/managers, logistics, purchasing, order processing, sales, and customer service to ensure goods are available to meet production requirements on time. Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or inventory management systems. Monitor stock levels in the warehouse, workstations and communicate shortages or overages to purchasing team. Assist in organizing and optimizing storage space for efficiency and safety. Keep receiving and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Report any late shipments affecting production as soon as possible to purchasing team. Other duties as shown in the attached file.

Qualifications



1-3 years of experience in inventory management 1 year experience in the manufacturing industry, kitchen and bath experience preferred Previous experience in inventory organization Basic proficiency with MS Office (excel, word, outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. High attention to detail with strong ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks. Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.
