What we need
Reporting to the General Manager the Inventory and Receiving Specialist will be responsible for the overall spa inventories including shipping and receiving. This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to load and unload deliveries (weights up to 23kg) and requires the ability to use an inventory application.

What
you\xe2\x80\x99ll do

  • Monitor, organize, and distribute received goods, move skids of material with appropriate tools and equipment, and lift boxes and items weighing up to 23kg;
  • Hold a key role in Purchasing Council along with other Inventory Specialists operating under the umbrella of Head Office;
  • Assist with the optimization of Supply Chain processes;
  • Review all packing slips for accuracy;
  • Manage par stocks and ensure effective organization of inventories;
  • Manage suppliers delivery/shipping scheduled and resolve issues of missing items, delivery errors and other difficulties;
  • Establish a list for the renewal of stocks of materials, equipment, and other items;
  • Ensure stock turnover, list, and dispose of obsolete stock;
  • Manage, validate, and ensure timely delivery of linen inventory;
  • Conduct weekly inventory counts and reconcile to system inventory quantities;
  • Perform other related duties.appropriate tools and equipment, and lift boxes and items weighing up to 23 kg;

Profile needed
to be successful in this position

  • High school diploma;
  • Two years experience in related field;
  • Courses in supply chain management or are currently enrolled in a supply chain degree, an asset;
  • Knowledge of Sage 300 and Norming software, an asset;
  • Valid Canadian Security Clearance;
  • Knowledge of the MS Windows suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Possess a good sense of organization, planning and monitoring;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written;
  • Ability to multitask, and tolerate stress;
  • Integrity and professionalism;
  • Very good physical condition and endurance; ability to lift 23 kg repeatedly;
  • Hold a valid driver\'s license.

When You will work a flexible schedule (days, evenings, weekends, holidays), full time position (40 hours/week).
