Capgemini Engineering est a la recherche d'une personne junior et dynamique souhaitant enrichir son experience en ingenierie aerospatiale! Nous recherchons actuellement une personne interessee par un role impliquant l'integration des systemes d'aeronefs (principalement les systemes d'air), ainsi qu'une coordination et une communication interfonctionnelle avec les fournisseurs et les parties prenantes.

A propos du poste



Examiner la documentation de qualification des composants (Specifications, ATP, QTP, QSR, QTR, etc.) Gerer les taches directement avec les fournisseurs et les parties prenantes internes. Mener des analyses de causes fondamentales et de securite sur les problemes en service. Preparer et definir les documents de specifications techniques et les evaluations techniques d'ingenierie. Evaluer les propositions techniques des fournisseurs et les demandes de modification internes du programme. Examiner et approuver les specifications des exigences des fournisseurs, ainsi que la documentation de conception et de justification. Soutenir les programmes d'essais en vol. Rediger des rapports techniques demontrant la conformite aux exigences de certification applicables. Soutenir les aeronefs en service en creant et en examinant les dossiers de modification d'ingenierie selon les demandes des clients ou des autorites reglementaires. Participer au developpement des bulletins de service. Appuyer les enquetes sur la flotte en service en repondant aux rapports de difficultes en service.

Vos competences et votre experience



Vous detenez un diplome en ingenierie aerospatiale ou mecanique. Vous avez de l'experience dans le developpement et l'integration des systemes d'air (1 a 3 ans). Vous connaissez les reglementations de navigabilite civile FAR Part 25 relatives aux systemes d'air et comprenez les documents d'orientation de l'industrie pour les exigences de certification de Transports Canada (TCCA), EASA et FAA. Vous etes familier avec les rapports de problemes (documenter la cause fondamentale, les effets immediats, les actions correctives, les preuves). Vous connaissez le contenu technique des bulletins de service. Vous etes autonome dans la gestion des taches avec les fournisseurs et les parties prenantes internes. Vous avez des competences intermediaires a avancees dans la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel et PowerPoint). Vous possedez d'excellentes competences en analyse et en resolution de problemes. Vous etes capable de respecter les delais de maniere fiable tout en portant une attention particuliere aux details. Vous etes capable d'exprimer vos idees clairement et de maniere concise, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit, en anglais.

Job Title - Junior Air Systems Integrator



Location - Mirabel - hybrid 3 days a week in the office




Capgemini Engineering are looking for a junior, dynamic individual who is looking to expand their experience in Aerospace engineering! We are currently seeking an individual interested in a role involving the integration of aircraft systems (namely air systems) as well as some coordination and cross-functional communication with suppliers and stakeholders.

About the job you're considering



Review component qualification documentation (Spec, ATP, QTP, QSR, QTR, etc) Manage tasks directly with supplier and internal client stakeholders. Run root cause and safety analysis on in service issues. Prepare and define Technical Requirement Documents and Engineering Technical Assessments Evaluate vendor technical proposals and internal Program Change Requests Review and approve vendor requirement specifications, design/ substantiation documentation. Support aircraft test programs Prepare technical reports to show compliance to the applicable certification requirements. Support in service aircraft by creating and reviewing engineering modification packages based on customer or regulatory change requests. Support Service Bulletin development. Support in service aircraft fleet investigation by addressing in Service Difficulty Reports.

Your skills and experience



You hold a degree in Aerospace or Mechanical engineering. You have experience working to integrate Air system development (1-3 years) Knowledgeable with civil airworthiness FAR Part 25 regulations relating to air systems and have a working understanding of industry advisory material for applicable TCCA, EASA, and FAA certification requirements. Familiar with Problem Reports (to document Root Cause, Immediate Failure Effect, Corrective Actions, Evidence) Familiar with Technical content of Service Bulletins Independent to manage tasks directly with supplier and client stakeholders. Intermediate to advanced skill set in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You have the capacity to reliably meet deadlines while paying close attention to details. You have the capacity to express ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, in English.
