En tant que stagiaire au sein de notre equipe Support Technique au Clients, vous trierez, analyserez et resoudrez differents problemes rencontres par nos clients de l'industrie aerospatiale. Ce stage vous permettra d'elargir vos connaissances sur les produits Dassault-Systemes (CATIA V5 & ENOVIA et 3DExperience). Vous travaillerez avec un groupe de stagiaires en soutien a une equipe d'ingenieurs travailleurs et experimentes qui partageront avec vous leur connaissance pratique des solutions Dassault-Systemes. Tout cela dans un environnement diversifie et stimulant. Vous serez amene a interagir avec differents clients, fournisseurs et services internes, y compris les developpeurs en R&D et en Operations. Creer et maintenir une documentation en constante evolution sur une plate-forme interne pour maximiser notre efficacite. Outre ce qui precede, le sens de l'aventure et la volonte de s'amuser grace au travail sont d'excellents outils a notre disposition.

The Customer Support Help Desk team is a dynamic team of engineers with a diversity of skills and backgrounds. The team provides Dassault Systemes customers support on a variety of software is worldwide. Each member on the team brings his/her expertise and unique perspective to solving a wide array of problems while collaborating on various subject matters.

As an Intern at our Customer Support Help Desk, you will sort out, analyze and solve different problems encountered by our clients in the aerospace industry. This internship will allow you to widen your knowledge on Dassault-Systemes products (CATIA V5 & ENOVIA and 3DExperience). You will work with a group of intern in supporting with a team of hard working and experienced engineers who will share with you their hands-on knowledge of Dassault-Systemes solutions. All this in a diversified and stimulating environment. You will be asked to interface with various customers, Suppliers and internal departments, including developers in R&D and Operations. Build and maintain an ever-growing array documentation on an internal platform to maximize our efficiency. Besides the above, a sense of adventure and a willingness to have fun through work are great tools at our disposal.

Salary Pay Transparency
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $C21 and $C24, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
