The Louis Vuitton PIONEERS Internship Program aims to immerse undergraduate students in a dynamic and comprehensive learning environment that transcends traditional classroom education.


The Retail Merchandising Internship focuses on supporting our Sr. Merchandise Manager. This project-based internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of merchandising within a luxury retail environment.


Program Structure:


Kicking-off May 2026, your journey begins with an immersive retail experience in both our Bloor St. and Yorkdale locations. This initial phase is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of retail operations, essential for later learnings. Majority of your internship will be spent working closely with our Sr. Merchandise Manager on various merchandising tasks and projects based out of our Canadian HQ in Yorkville, Toronto - Canada. Your journey will conclude with a department-specific assignment that showcases your learnings and creativity.


Missions


Assist in the coordination and execution of merchandising strategies. Support in the analysis of sales data and market trends to inform merchandising decisions. Collaborate with the Sr. Merchandise Manager on inventory management and product placement. Assist in the preparation of merchandising reports and presentations. Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions. Support Louis Vuitton Canada e-comm processes, including but not limited to, e-visual merchandising, stock analysis, etc.


Profil


Currently pursuing or recently graduated with an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising/Buying, Retail Management, or a related field. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Passion for the luxury retail industry and a keen eye for detail.
