What are your contributions to the team?
Coordinate and manage events, activities, and conferences as part of the Internship Program
Create a community for interns through various initiatives
Interact with important stakeholders of the program in order to ameliorate the overall internship experience
Participate in improving projects and documentation for best practices
Analyze surveys and put into action recommendations
Lead the sub-program Women in Engineering for interns through supporting diversity and inclusion
Ensure on campus visibility
Interact, train and support managers throughout the internship program
Coordinate logistic for various Internship Experience activities
Develop and communicate progress of actions plans, in collaboration with our university partners and internal stakeholders
Plan and coordinate meetings, and runs working sessions with various business stakeholders
Support governance processes
How to thrive in this role?
You possess a technical or university degree in Human Resources
You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Ressources, Event Planning, or other related fields.
You have a great knowledge and experience with project management
You are highly skilled with Microsoft 0365 tools
You are a quick learner and adapt well to a rapidly changing environment
You work well in team and are known to contribute to positive team spirit
