Langley Hyundai is looking for a driven, positive, and professional Internet Sales / Pre-Owned Sales Advisor!

New role to our growing store. Can you network and create sales opportunities? This role will have you in control of both sales and finance of each deal you create! Your opportunity will include access to our award winning Hyundai line-up of automobiles. Also, our powersports division with Boats, Motorcycles and much much more.

Duties Daily

? Network, Network, and Network some more!!

? Appointment Confirmation

? Network. Gather leads from advertising and promoting.

? Create flows to gather credit applications and obtain approvals.

? Check Facebook Marketplace etc.

Additional Daily

Check individual NPS/CSI

Work with store managers to create follow-up strategies with unsold prospects.

Work with store managers to create follow-up strategies with current finance contracts needing rate buydowns or unit upgrade opportunities.

Check incoming stock

Check daily arrivals for sold orders, stock orders and F/O

Work deals and check with dead deals

Wash out delivered deals

Weekly

Weekly Dealer Socket meeting / training / what's new / Appointments

How are you tracking in sales? / GP MTD.

How are you tracking in Core KPI?

Is your CSI at or above Zone?

Review New and Used inventory

Review Approvals, funding, deals to accounting.

Monthly

Close the month off with forecast v/s actual for the month

Sit down with GM to make next month's forecast

Review NPS, Performance Academy Core KPI's for the month. Review results.
