Responsibilities



Engage with potential customers through online channels to generate leads and close sales. Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to final sale, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage inventory control, and maintain accurate records of customer engagements. Conduct cold calling and follow up on leads to maximize sales opportunities. Upsell products and services based on customer needs and preferences. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for promoting products online. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain knowledge of industry trends, dealership experience, and product offerings to effectively communicate with customers. Participate in public speaking events or webinars to promote products and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications



Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in high-end or automobile sales environments. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. Familiarity with B2B sales processes and techniques. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients. Proficient in using CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales data. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong math skills for retail math calculations related to inventory management and pricing strategies. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Effective phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for engaging customers professionally.
