Internet Sales Manager
to join our team and help lead our digital sales efforts.
Position Overview:
The Internet Sales Manager will be responsible for managing all inbound internet leads, online sales processes, and digital customer experiences. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and enjoys helping customers find the right vehicle while building strong relationships online and in-store.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to all internet leads in a timely, professional manner
Develop and execute strategies to maximize online sales opportunities
Maintain high closing ratios and customer satisfaction scores
Work closely with the sales team to transition online customers into showroom appointments
Monitor digital marketing campaigns and online inventory listings to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
Train and mentor team members on best practices for internet sales processes
Report on internet sales performance and KPIs to management
Qualifications:
Previous automotive sales experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
Proven track record in internet or BDC sales management
Strong communication and organizational skills
Tech-savvy with CRM and digital marketing knowledge
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
