REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES, & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Previous new and pre-owned automotive sales experience, customer service or hospitality management experience
Amazing customer service skills
Ensuring the customer's complete satisfaction
Greeting customers, building rapport and responding to customer inquiries
Matching the right vehicle to customers' needs
Using a CRM, maintaining thorough and accurate customer records and communications history
Experience with prospecting, cold calling and closing a deal
Must have a valid class 5 driver's license
Ability to effectively demonstrate product features, benefits, and conduct test drives
Presenting pricing options
Strong ability to addressing and overcoming objections
Commit to on-going professional development
