Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and engage customers in a professional, friendly manner Conduct needs analysis to identify the right vehicle solutions Present vehicle features and benefits, including GM technologies like OnStar, Chevrolet MyLink, and Buick/GMC infotainment systems Arrange and conduct test drives Utilize the dealership's

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

to: + Track all customer interactions and follow-ups + Maintain accurate client records
+ Schedule and document appointments and communications
+ Ensure timely and effective customer engagement throughout the sales cycle
Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing customers to build strong, long-term relationships Support the finance and insurance process by coordinating with the business office Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets Stay current on Chevrolet, Buick & GMC product knowledge, market trends, and manufacturer programs Contribute to a clean, professional showroom and a collaborative team environment

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Passion for vehicles and helping customers find the right solution Comfortable using technology and CRM systems (experience with DriveCentric, ActiveX, VinSolutions, PBS, or similar platforms is an asset) Self-driven with a desire to succeed in a goal-oriented environment Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record Previous experience in sales or customer service is an asset--automotive experience preferred but not required (training provided)

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary-based position
