Job Description
Ontime Care Worldwide Inc., is a third-party assistance company established in 2014 to provide superior, customized service as well as integrity and honesty in the handling of every claim, making sure that every customer receives courteous and fair treatment. It has a 24-hour call center to handle medical emergencies and case management.We are currently looking to hire an Internationally Trained Physician who can provide clinical expertise to support our case management and claims teams.Job Summary
- Contact medical providers, to obtain information regarding the insureds condition and care plan.
- Coordinate the care plan that mitigates health risks as well as cost containment without compromising quality of care.
- Document information according to best practices.
- Thoroughly review claimants medical records and provide a detailed analysis.
- Keep up to date with insurance product knowledge.
Proficient in computer systems and applications including MS office.
Seek opportunities to continuously learn about new products and policies.Excellent communication skills.Assets:Fluent in an additional language(s).
Experience in travel insurance industry.Job Type: Part-timePay: From $30.00 per hourBenefits:
