Responsibilities:
Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers in China Establish, develop and maintain positive businesses and customer relationships Develop the brands, promote the products, and generate sales across e-commerce platforms Provide historical records by keeping records on customer inquiries and sales Answer customer questions and resolve customer complaints Answer phone inquiries and greet clients as a front desk Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with both customers and suppliers Experience in sales of food, dairy and beverage products is an asset Experience in full-cycle of e-commerce is an asset Willingness to establish new accounts Ability to work independently Must fluent in English and Mandarin
