The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced, well connected and organized International Recruitment Manager for the China market (Based in Ontario) to join our growing Sales team and take our company and platform to the next level!

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing every day:

Represent the ApplyBoard brand to promote ApplyBoard services to agents and international

Increase the international student enrolment at ApplyBoard by implementing strategies and create effective account planning with agents

Negotiate terms of engagement, provide training to recruitment partners and their staff, and keep the recruitment partner contacts engaged with ApplyBoard through regular communication

Seek new business relationships through relationship building, net working, and strategic partnership presentation

Train and guide recruitment partners to improve the quality and volume of international applicants, ensuring top quality

Implement marketing and recruitment strategies through research and market analysis to drive results that align with targets

Proactively undergo recruitment partners outreach, agent account management, create and execute sales plans to achieve enrollment targets

Liaise and collaborate with internal teams on cross-function projects

What you bring to the table:

Exceptional communication verbal and written skills in English and Mandarin is a must

Minimum 2 years of international agents/student recruitment experience for secondary and post-secondary institutions in Canada

Knowledge and experience in applying sales techniques

Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

Excellent people skills and easily connect with diverse personalities at all levels of organizations

Autonomous self-starter with the ability to work independently within a team-based environment

Aptitude for prioritizing tasks with an attention to detail to ensure information accuracy

Exceptional problem-solving skills under ambiguous circumstances to ensure you provide the best outcome for our customers while maintaining integrity with our partner relationships

Experience working with a CRM (Salesforce); considered an asset

Must be available to travel to ApplyBoard\xe2\x80\x99s headquarters and within Ontario
