International Services for Students provides holistic programs and services to support the international, newcomer and refugee student experience at SFU and manages the University's Study Abroad Programs (formal exchange, study abroad, faculty-led field schools) with over 130 partners around the globe to facilitate transformative international and intercultural learning opportunities for SFU students.

About the Role

This position is part of a small, dedicated engagement & programming team responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating a wide range of success and retention-focused programs and services to enhance the international student experience across three campuses. This includes planning and delivering pre & post-arrival initiatives, life-skills workshops & transition programming and services, collaborating with campus and community partners, supervising student staff and volunteers, managing the Global Student Centre, providing non-immigration advising, and contributing content and input for broader university-wide curriculum and communication for international students.
