The internal sales representative acts as a resource person for promoting our products to customers, assessing their needs and submitting proposals that will result as often as possible in a sale.
What you will accomplish with us:
Assessing customer needs and resources and recommending appropriate goods and services
Providing data for product design when goods and services must be tailored to the customer's needs
Preparing specifications based on project plans/specifications and the full proposal
Preparing technical drawings and data sheets for client approval
Answering calls from clients and external representatives
Ensuring that finished projects are complete and accurate
Managing projects and working with mechanical contractors and engineers
Informing customers about standards
Following up with customers verbally or in writing to ensure their satisfaction
Determining the best method to use to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction and company compliance with policies
Answering customer requests, questions and complaints related to products and services
What You Bring to Our Team:
Completed secondary school diploma
Training related to the sales field or in an HVAC-R field
Sales training
Excellent verbal and written communication
Answering the phone professionally and providing excellent customer service
Ability to work under pressure and work quickly
Organizational and time management skills
Initiative and resourcefulness
Sales skills
Compensation Information:
Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 annually
Supplemental Pay Types Include: Annual bonus
The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's skills and experience, in compliance with applicable regulations.
