How you will make a difference:



As an Internal Salesclerk you will be tasked with reconciling the sales data from the stores to bank files.

What You'll Do:



Reconcile banking for store deposits

Correct audit errors and audit controls

Investigate and correct store transaction processing errors

Investigate and communicate all unreconciled bank deposits and missing deposits to appropriate recipients

Reconcile weekly/ monthly reports

Ensure any money taken out of store's register is coded correctly!

To reconcile cash/credit card discrepancies from the store's nightly deposits

To ensure all sales audit balance sheet accounts are reconciled at year end.

What You'll Need:



Cash register and till management experience

Retail experience

Knowledge of banking and account reconciliation

Ability to analyze and problem solve.

Experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel

High attention to detail

Organized, and able to prioritize and multi-task.
