Internal IT & Digital Marketing Specialist
to strengthen our online presence and drive our e-commerce growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional who can independently manage digital marketing campaigns, website operations, and online sales platforms such as Amazon and Shopify.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, with a focus on e-commerce and analytics. This role requires proficiency in various digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as the ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms.
Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including keyword selection, ad creation, and performance analysis.
Utilize Google Analytics to monitor website performance, user behavior, and campaign outcomes; generate reports with actionable insights.
Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) to build brand engagement and reach.
Design visually appealing marketing materials using
Adobe Creative Suite
tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
Maintain and update the company website using
WordPress
; ensure optimal user experience through effective use of
HTML, CSS
, and other web technologies.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with branding and audience engagement goals.
Establish and manage online stores and e-commerce channels, including
Amazon business operations
.
Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Provide basic IT support for internal systems and ensure efficient operation of digital tools and networks.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in
digital marketing
, preferably within an
e-commerce
environment.
Strong knowledge of
SEO principles
and digital advertising strategies.
Proficiency in
Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook/LinkedIn Advertising
platforms.
Working knowledge of
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL
, and related web technologies (an asset).
Experience with
WordPress website management
and
Adobe Creative Suite
(especially Photoshop).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creating engaging content.
Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
