Responsibilities
Facilitate the processing of reconditioning preowned vehicles for the sales department
Coordinate the preparation of new cars for delivery to customers on behalf of the new car department
Work directly with Sublet Vendors, Body Shops, Detailers, Parts & Accessories as a liaison between Service and Sales
Control internal UCD repair orders and ensure timely control of reconditioning reports to be
forwarded to UCD Manager.Invoice 'detailing' repair orders and ensure timely control of services/repairs.
Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty, and genuine concern for customers.
Initiate and process repair orders for internal reconditioning and express lube as required
Assume the role of ASM in any situation deemed necessary by management.
In absence of cashier, determine whether payment is cash, charge or debit and receive
payment from customer.Provide additional vehicle problem/complaint information to the technical staff as needed.
Maintain communications with the technical staff regarding job status changes.
Advise express lube customers when work is finished on their vehicles.
Review additional work recommendations with customers and schedule an appointment for
the work to be performedPerform any other administrative tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Excellent organization skills and the ability to multi-task
Ability to communicate well with both internal and external stakeholders
Strong Team Player and Collaborator
Valid Ontario Driver's License with clean driver's abstract
Pay Rate
: Salary plus Incentives
