What are your contributions to the team?



Collaborating with the team and external partners (vendors) to enhance or redesign curricula, programs, tools, and development resources in alignment with the L&D strategy and organizational priorities. Participating in project management and change management activities. Conducting research on best practices in training and professional development. Performing data analysis and creating pivot tables in Excel to better understand our target populations. Preparing executive presentations in PowerPoint for various stakeholders, including senior leadership, managers, and employees. Creating satisfaction surveys using Microsoft Forms or participating in focus groups and co-development sessions. Coordinating activities and related tasks for various development programs, including leadership and high-potential programs, on our internal platforms. Managing access and optimizing the use of LinkedIn Learning licenses. Demonstrating creativity and innovation in designing and updating tools and resources available on the Bombardier Learning Academy. Creating, designing, and configuring collaboration and communication tools (e.g., MS SharePoint, MS Forms). Contributing to the development of communications and key messages for various stakeholders.

How to thrive in this role?



You are currently in the process of completing a bachelor's degree or graduate degree in human resources management or similar You are skilled with the Office 365 suite of applications, and you are at ease with computer tools in general You are autonomous, organized, and proactive You have an eye for detail, and you are results-focused in daily tasks You are flexible and able to work in a complex and fast-paced environment You are bilingual (French and English) and have strong communication and writing skills You are available to work on a full-time basis as of September 2025 for (8) months;
