What are your contributions to the team?
Provide support to your mentor with his day-to-day management of the team and priorities
Participate in business strategies development and implementation of sourcing strategies and cost optimization
Execute various elements of the strategic planning level such as project planification, milestone review, and contracts negotiations planning
Research to develop market intelligence, trends and outlooks
Support overall governance internally and externally within BU's
Assist in the planning of supplier Program Management Reviews
Actively participate in improvement projects: Data management/tools development, Lean implementation, process mapping/optimisation
Participate in managing projects that would include the preparation of business case
How to thrive in this role?
Are currently completing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operation Management, Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management (or equivalent) in a recognized University
Have completed a minimum of 1 year of studies in this program
Have a high proficiency and are good communicator in French and English (written and spoken)
Have good organizational & planning skills
Have Project Management knowledge
Have strong communication skills
Possess good judgment and are a good team player in a multidisciplinary team
Are detail oriented, focused and committed to meeting deadlines
